THE STAIRCASE TO EXCELLENCE

This is the staircase that will lead you to the peak of excellence and will make you remain at the peak.
I. KNOW THE REASON WHY YOU WANT TO BE EXCELLENT
It is very essential on your quest for excellence because if you don’t know why you want to be excellent, you will just be labouring for nothing and be seen as a confused person.
II. SET YOUR GOALS
Setting your goals is like preparing a guideline that will direct you on your quest for excellence. When you set your goals it motivates you to achieve all the tasks that you will encounter on your quest for excellence, it also help you to part with the irrelevant things that you don’t need to associate with on your quest for excellence.
III. BE FOCUSED
The word “being focus” also carries along determination or perspiration and erases procrastination.
It is a very important issue because when you are focused you will finally achieve your aim but if you are not focused you will be distracted and forget the reason why you want to be excellent and that automatically ends your quest for excellence.
IV. BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF ALWAYS
If you are always honest with yourself it will go a long way and help you on your quest for excellence because if you are always honest it will make you work on the task you realize you have not completed on your quest but if you are dishonest with yourself you will continue to deceive yourself until when it will be too late to make amendments on your quest for excellence and you may never get the opportunity to be excellent again.
V. ALWAYS BE INQUISIVE AND DON’T BE SHY
Overconfidence is a very common habit among many individuals. They will continue to do things on their own even when they have gotten to a stage where the quest is now very difficult for them.
VI. BE PATIENT AND ENDURING
After satisfying all the above requirements, you ought to have patience or endurance because on your quest for excellence there will surely be obstacles and the road to excellence is not smooth and easy but tough and rough. If you are impatient you may miss excellence after all the labour you have expended but if you patient you will gain excellence as the reward for your labour.
